HIDDEN GEM is a reservation -only ONE-OF A-KIND 10 course multi-sensory dining experience
The exclusive 20 -seat counter, offers an intimate 2.5-hour dining experience with an open kitchen overlooking the culinary creations.
The menu is written and changes as the location changes.
The experience is available one evening weekly. Every Friday.
Hidden GEM reservations for the following month open on the first day of the current month at 2 PM.

Hidden GEM serves a 10- course tasting menu focused on Earth Illuminated quality ingredients,
emphasizing creativity and immersion.
LIMITED TIME PRICING
The menu price is $175 per person.
Wine Pairing is $125 per person.
6.5% Sales Tax and 20% Service Fee will be automatically added to each reservation.
