HIDDEN GEM is a reservation -only 10 course multi-sensory dining experience that begins your personal journey to Earth Illuminated.
The exclusive 20 -seat counter, concealed by a Starport, offers an intimate 2.5-hour dining experience with an open kitchen overlooking the culinary creations.
The menu is inspired by the artist installations at Earth Illuminated.
The experience is available one evening weekly. Every Friday.
Hidden GEM reservations for the following month open on the first day of the current month at 2 PM.

Hidden GEM serves a 10- course tasting menu focused on Earth Illuminated quality ingredients,
emphasizing creativity and immersion.
LIMITED TIME PRICING
The menu price is $175 per person.
Wine Pairing is $125 per person.
6.5% Sales Tax and 20% Service Fee will be automatically added to each reservation.
